In Cycle lll: Unity, we will be studying and exploring breath, movement and voice practices in the context of personal growth, individuation, and essential nature. The class will include readings, discussion, and experiential process. Prerequisite: Foundations; Cycle Series l–lll require a monthly individual session in addition to group work.
